To facilitate this transition, Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow have expanded their multi-year partnership, helping global organizations transform isolated experiments into trusted, enterprise-wide execution.

By combining Tech Mahindra’s engineering and implementation expertise with the ServiceNow AI Platform, the two organizations will deliver:
- Faster time-to-value: Validated playbooks developed through Tech Mahindra’s ‘Client Zero’ approach ensure proven, repeatable models are tested internally before customer rollout
- Industry-specific solutions: Targeted offerings built on the ServiceNow AI Platform enable faster transformation, stronger governance and cost optimisation across manufacturing, telecommunications, BFSI, media and technology sectors
- Outcome-led AI programmes: Scaled global practice capabilities and a new dedicated AI & Innovation Center of Excellence accelerate the deployment of tools like the ServiceNow AI Control Tower and ServiceNow EmployeeWorks to move clients past fragmented pilots.
