TaoTian Group recently introduced the "AI Productivity Plan," designed to accelerate the integration of AI technology into e-commerce operations and R&D workflows through resource allocation and tool subsidies. The program is now available to all interns, granting them the same AI permissions, computing quotas, and approval processes as full-time employees during their internship.
Starting March 17th, TaoTian Group employees have been authorized to access several premium paid AI tools, including Wukong and Qoder series, at no cost. These tools support a wide range of use cases, from foundational technology research and development to general office productivity. By directly offering Token quotas, the company lowers the barrier to using large language models. Additionally, employees can receive reimbursements for purchasing BaiLian Coding Plan memberships or third-party external AI development tools. This initiative signals that major companies' investment in AI productivity has evolved from experimental trials to full-scale strategic support for tool adoption across all employees.
Looking at the earlier recruitment announcements for the 2027 intern cohort, AI has emerged as a central focus in TaoTian's talent development strategy. With technical roles making up as much as 90% of the openings, the group has introduced three new AI-specific positions, aiming to cultivate an AI-native workforce from the very start of the talent pipeline.
