Voyantis Helps Companies Assess Customer Value
Ever wondered how much a customer is really worth to a business? It's a question that keeps customer and sales teams busy, often wrestling with spreadsheets and manual data crunching. But, let's face it, these old-school methods can be slow and full of mistakes, leaving big gaps in how companies report their data.
This challenge inspired Ido Wiesenberg and Eran Friendinger to create a tech solution to nail down a customer's lifetime value. They launched Voyantis, which soon grew into a full-fledged business. Voyantis provides tools to help businesses spot, win over, and keep their clients.
"Voyantis came from our belief that the global economy was pushing companies away from reckless growth and towards smarter, more responsible ways to grow," Wiesenberg shared with TechCrunch.
Before Voyantis, Wiesenberg had started Tvinci, a "personalized TV" company that Kaltura bought in 2014. Meanwhile, Friendinger kicked off Adience, a platform that helped marketers understand their mobile audience better, which the Teddy Sagi group snapped up in 2013.
Voyantis uses AI to sift through thousands of data points, trying to predict what a customer might do next and how much they'll be worth over time. When used in ad campaigns, these predictions can help guide ad networks and marketing automation tools.
The platform also dishes out recommendations and "targeted actions" to help with customer decisions, like the best time to offer an upsell. Wiesenberg says the aim is to give decision-makers a clear path forward and perfect timing for their moves.

Wiesenberg stressed that Voyantis only keeps anonymous data to protect customer privacy.
"For top IT managers, our platform gives them solid advice that boosts their strategic decisions about bringing in new customers, keeping them happy, and growing the business," Wiesenberg added. "Our system's ability to grow with your business and its strong security features mean companies can count on Voyantis for their long-term goals without worrying about data safety or compliance."
Voyantis isn't alone in this space, facing competition from companies like DataScience, Pecan, Ocurate, and Black Crow AI. But Wiesenberg says Voyantis is doing well, with their yearly revenue tripling for two years running. They've got clients like MoneyLion, a loan provider.
To fuel their growth, Voyantis has raised $41 million in a funding round led by Intel Capital, with other investors like Square Peg, Target Global, Jibe, Redseed, Alicorn, and Icon joining in. This brings their total funding to $60 million, which Wiesenberg plans to use for product development and expanding their 70-person team in Tel Aviv.
"This funding comes at a perfect time, as more businesses are looking for efficient ways to grow in this changing economy," Wiesenberg said. "We're focusing on big companies in areas like fintech, mobile apps, direct-to-consumer, and product-led growth. That's where we're finding our best customers."

¡Altamente recomendado! 📈
