Agility Robotics Launches New Brand Identity as Humanoid Robot Developer

Agility Robotics has officially rebranded to Agility, shedding the “Robotics” portion of its name. In a recent blog post, the company outlined the rationale behind this refresh, stating the move “creates room for us to expand as we venture into new applications, services, and markets.”
Agility confirmed it will continue its focus on humanoid robot development and is on schedule to launch the world's first cooperatively safe humanoid in 2026.
A trailblazer in the humanoid robotics sector, Agility now faces rising global competition. The company recently revealed a deployment agreement with Toyota Canada, following a successful year-long pilot, to introduce its Digit robot into Toyota’s facilities. Toyota joins a expanding roster of Fortune 500 companies deploying Agility’s humanoids worldwide, including GXO Logistics, Schaeffler, and Amazon.
The name change comes with an updated logo and verbal identity, drawing direct inspiration from the hardware and software Agility creates. The company says the new logo embodies motion, innovation, progress, reliability, and durability.
“By rebranding to Agility, we are showing we’re prepared to scale beyond our current deployments and lead the adoption of humanoids across numerous new industries,” said Daniel Diez, Chief Business Officer at Agility. “As we forge new partnerships and unlock new use cases, our brand must reflect the maturity of our technology and our commercial traction. Agility stands for flexibility, durability, and forward momentum – essential qualities for our customers as they integrate humanoids into live operations.”
Agility CTO Pras Velagapudi will be a featured panelist in the “State of Humanoids” keynote session on May 27th at the Robotics Summit and Expo in Boston.
