HomeWeCom Unveils New Face-to-Face Meeting Recording Feature to Boost Efficiency
Enterprise WeChat has introduced a beta feature named "Record Video Chat," designed to streamline the documentation of meetings and brainstorming sessions.
To use this feature, users can tap the "+" icon in the top-right corner of the app and select "Record Video Chat." Leveraging voiceprint recognition, the system identifies speakers in real time and transcribes their contributions. Post-meeting, AI generates summaries, highlights key points, and tags responsible parties for follow-up actions. This ensures all participants have easy access to meeting records, facilitating seamless information sharing.
Version 5.0.8 of Enterprise WeChat also introduces several other enhancements. The smart table feature now automatically converts data from the WeChat ecosystem into structured tables, accompanied by a new AI-driven "Skill Card" field. Additionally, the smart document tool supports lightweight formatting, allowing users to publish "lightweight web pages" with a single click. The update also includes a new emoji sticker feature, simplifying quick replies for expressing gratitude or confirming details.
These updates represent a significant advancement in Enterprise WeChat’s mission to boost office productivity. By integrating intelligent technologies, the platform enables enterprises to manage team collaboration and information more efficiently, ultimately driving higher work performance.
