The leading company in embodied intelligence computing infrastructure Di Gua Robot recently secured $120 million in a Series B1 funding round, signaling an accelerated phase for its full-stack software and hardware development and product iteration for robots.
This round was led by top industry players including Synstellation Capital, Didi, and Meituan Longzhu, with participation from strategic and financial investors such as Beijing Automotive Investment, Jiakun Venture Capital, and Xinlian Capital. Existing shareholders Hillhouse Capital, Vertex Growth (Temasek), and Yishan Capital all oversubscribed. Since its Series A in 2025, the company has raised a total of $220 million (approximately RMB 1.517 billion) in just one year, reflecting strong capital market confidence in its positioning as the "NVIDIA of the robotics industry."
Di Gua Robot, spun off from Horizon Robotics' business unit in 2024 and operating independently, has built a comprehensive product portfolio spanning chips, algorithms, and software. Its computing power range from 5 to 560 TOPS accurately addresses diverse scenarios including humanoid robots, quadrupedal robot dogs, and logistics AMRs. Through deep mass-production collaborations with industry leaders such as CloudMaid, Insta360, and Vite Power, Di Gua Robot is vertically integrating the chain from cutting-edge technology innovation to large-scale manufacturing.
During this critical period of generational advancement in embodied intelligence technology worldwide, Di Gua Robot aims to become the "Wintel" of the robotics era. Its continuously enhanced edge computing capabilities will provide core momentum for the widespread adoption of robots, further solidifying its foundational role in the global robotics supply chain.
