On the afternoon of April 22, Qwen AI PPT rolled out a major upgrade to its "PPT Agent," introducing a new intelligent agent architecture that automates the entire process from brainstorming content and sourcing materials to arranging visual layouts. This update marks a deeper integration of AI into office automation, significantly boosting both the speed and quality of PPT creation.
In practice, users simply input their requirements, and Qwen produces a standard PPT file ready for download within 1 to 3 minutes. On the input side, it supports batch uploads of up to 10 files—including documents, PDFs, and code—while AI extracts key information and weaves it into a coherent presentation. On the output side, users enjoy extensive flexibility: they can edit text, reposition images, and modify chart data as needed. Multilingual support and bilingual layout options are also now available, addressing specific needs like English teaching scenarios.
To lower the barrier to entry and ensure more consistent output quality, the Qwen team also released the "High-Scoring Prompt Formula." This formula helps users refine their prompts around teaching positioning, content design, visual presentation, interaction design, and output standards—turning vague ideas into structured instructions that improve the efficiency and accuracy of human-computer interaction.
