Moving Beyond Q&A for Deep Collaboration
Unlike traditional AI, Workspace Agents can process files, run code, and retain memory. This means they not only answer questions but also continuously improve based on past interactions, even automating tasks like submitting tickets in office software such as Slack.
Within OpenAI, the sales team uses agents to automatically organize call records and screen potential customers. The accounting team has employed this tool to shorten the previously tedious month-end closing process to just minutes, significantly boosting operational efficiency.
