On March 30, iQiyi officially launched the pre-commercial version of its professional AI agent platform, Nadou Pro, marking the first time a dedicated intelligent agent for film and television production in China enters the commercial stage.
By deeply integrating into the film and TV industrialization pipeline, the platform connects to iQiyi's proprietary "Qizhi" large model and works with the latest versions of mainstream models like Ji Meng, Ke Ling, Vidu, Hai Luo, and Wan. This enables one-stop support for long-form film and TV creation—from script generation and storyboard design to final output.
Since its internal testing began in late 2025, Nadou Pro has provided essential technical support to iQiyi's internal teams and industry partners across core content areas such as movies, TV series, and animation. To meet the precise creative needs of professionals, the platform introduced unique features like "material search" and "blockbuster prompt words," significantly boosting AI's ability to understand and execute complex film and television language.
Liu Wenfeng, Senior Vice President of iQiyi, explained that Nadou Pro is positioned as a productivity tool built specifically for AI creators and film/TV professionals, aiming to seamlessly integrate the entire workflow of creation, production, and operations. As generative AI accelerates its penetration into traditional content industries, the pre-commercial launch of Nadou Pro not only signals a reshaping of film and TV creation boundaries but also explores a closed-loop pathway for large models applied in vertical industries through the "intelligent agent" model—potentially driving the film and television industry toward a higher level of efficiency transformation.
