Ctrip Business Travel has officially unveiled the "Ctrip Business Travel AI Ecosystem," leveraging large language models to fundamentally restructure corporate travel management. This comprehensive ecosystem addresses four core scenarios: travel arrangements, travel management, procurement, and capability sharing. It introduces seven specialized AI Agents covering travel Q&A, itinerary booking, approvals, insights, compliance risk control, financial settlement, and resource procurement, signaling a shift in the industry from digital management to an automated, Agent-driven era.

Strategically, Ctrip Business Travel embraces an open "breaking down walls" approach, delivering AI core capabilities via a developer platform. It currently exposes five core scenarios and 17 underlying AI capabilities, enabling enterprises to seamlessly integrate travel planning and knowledge Q&A into their existing OA, ERP, or HR systems for "plug-and-play" functionality. As of the launch, 15 major enterprises have completed deep integration.
