Changlong receives 20,000th Zhiyuan Yuzheng A3 Ultra as humanoid robots make regular theme park debut
Zhiyuan has advanced the production scale of embodied intelligence with a major milestone. On September 24, the 20,000th general-purpose robot, the Yanzheng A3Ultra, rolled off the production line at Hengqin Chimelong Spacecraft Park and was delivered to Chimelong Group. Moving from the 10,000-unit mark in March to 20,000 units now took just six months, signaling that production capacity has entered a clear acceleration phase.
That same day, the world’s first large-scale embodied intelligence theme park, a joint venture between Zhiyuan and Chimelong, launched at Hengqin Chimelong Spacecraft Park. Over 300 robots from Zhiyuan’s full lineup began regular operations in the park, engaging in visitor interaction, tour guidance, performances, and science education. For Zhiyuan, delivering the 20,000th unit signifies a shift from R&D verification and isolated demonstrations to mass production, large-scale delivery, and routine operation. This milestone also moves general-purpose robots from structured industrial or commercial settings into high-traffic cultural tourism spaces—environments defined by open layouts, constant foot traffic, and unpredictable interactions.

The Yanzheng A3Ultra stands out with its advanced capabilities. It features a 360° all-around perception system, UWB and RTK fusion positioning, and a platform delivering 700 TOPS of computing power. Standing 174 centimeters tall, its body combines magnesium alloy and carbon fiber nylon for a lightweight yet durable build. Its standout feature is the 20-degree-of-freedom omnidirectional tactile dexterous hand. With degrees of freedom indicating independent joint motion dimensions, this hand enables tasks beyond simple delivery, including organizing and restocking, making it truly functional.
Zhiyuan’s production timeline shows steady growth: six prototypes in 2023, mass production starting in August 2024, over 1,000 units by January 2025, 5,000 by year-end, 10,000 in March 2026, 15,000 by June, and 20,000 on September 24. This quarterly leap reflects the simultaneous maturation of supply chain, calibration, and scenario adaptation.
To ensure robots integrate into park life rather than just being on display, Zhiyuan and Chimelong launched the "Embodied Intelligence Cultural Tourism Joint Research Institute" on the same day. The institute focuses on joint research into humanoid scene adaptation, algorithm iteration, content creation, and commercial validation. With 20,000 robots leaving the factory and 300 interacting with visitors daily in high-traffic areas, the gap between robots being "capable of work" and "capable of coexisting" has significantly narrowed in practice.
