Baidu Intelligent Cloud Unveils DuClaw, a Zero-Deployment AI Service to Simplify Smart Agent Adoption
Baidu Intelligent Cloud officially launched its zero-deployment AI service, DuClaw, on March 11th. The service is designed to deliver "ready-to-use" AI agents by removing complex steps like selecting machine images, deploying servers, and configuring API keys.
As the cloud-based evolution of the previously open-sourced AI agent OpenClaw, DuClaw integrates core capabilities including Baidu Search, Baidu Baike, and academic search. It also supports flexible integration with multiple mainstream large language models. The service is currently accessible via web, with plans for future integration into major office collaboration platforms such as WeCom (Enterprise WeChat), DingTalk, and Feishu. This aims to create a cross-platform AI assistant ecosystem.

This launch represents another step by Baidu in advancing the adoption of "digital employees." Earlier, on February 14th, the Baidu App added one-click access to OpenClaw, making it the first major national application in China to integrate such functionality. OpenClaw, known for automating local environments and task workflows, is recognized as a key productivity tool. By progressing from initial visual deployment to the current zero-deployment DuClaw service, Baidu is simplifying complex AI integration into a low-barrier cloud experience, significantly reducing technical overhead.
