The statement confirmed that the Tongyi Qwen model team structure remains stable, with no large-scale personnel changes as reported online. All of the company's AI products and technical services are functioning normally. Addressing broader strategic concerns, Alibaba reaffirmed its long-term dedication to open-source principles. It further disclosed that the core model team has never been evaluated by commercial KPIs like Daily Active Users (DAU). The singular mission for the Qwen large model is to relentlessly push the boundaries of intelligence toward achieving Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
