The company behind "Mingdao," Shanghai Mingdao Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., was established in March 2024 and is jointly held by Hong Yixiu and Ge Wenbing. "EchoMe" is operated by Hangzhou Nixiang Information Technology Co., Ltd., which was founded in January 2022.
