Yaoke Media's First AIGC Drama 'The Mystery of the Bronze in Qinling' Launches Today with AI-Signed Leads

Today marks the official launch of Yaoke Media's AIGC fantasy mystery short drama, "The Secret Story of the Qinling Bronze." Starring the company's first two signed AI actors, Qin Lingyue and Lin Xiyanyan, the story unfolds in the enigmatic Qinling mining region. It follows retired intelligence officer Qin Yue as he leads a team deep into the area, uncovering a long-buried mine disaster and the truth behind a blood sacrifice that spans two generations—a truth hidden where scientific exploration meets ancient witchcraft in the restricted underground zone.
As one of China's earliest films fully supported by AI digital humans, the drama triggered intense industry discussion during its preparation phase, fueled by rumors that its AI actors were modeled after real people.
In response, Yaoke Media stated clearly in an interview that all AI actors were algorithmically generated based strictly on the personalities and physical traits of the scripted roles, with no deliberate imitation or reference to any real actors. The company emphasized that the purpose of introducing AI actors is to explore the expressive potential of digital life in filmmaking, not to serve as a simple visual substitute.
