Qwen Launches AI Experience Campaign, Invites Users to Help Shape AI Evolution

Qwen recently rolled out a range of new AI-driven services, including AI ride-hailing and AI phone top-up. To better understand human intentions and the real physical world, on March 30, Qwen launched an AI experience event, inviting users to become AI experience officers, share feedback on the new services, and help drive the ongoing evolution of AI capabilities.
Since early this year, Qwen has introduced multiple AI service capabilities. However, real-world needs are extremely complex and personalized. Enabling AI to accurately interpret intentions and execute appropriate actions remains a major challenge. Incorporating real user feedback can more effectively correct the decision-making biases of AI assistants when scheduling tasks in the physical world.
For this initiative, Qwen's AI Experience Officer program has established a dedicated feedback mechanism, encouraging users to improve Qwen's accuracy and execution in coordinating real-world tasks through genuine experiences and constructive feedback. From March 30 to April 6, one million users will be invited daily to participate and provide feedback, receiving 12 yuan AI ride-hailing experience coupons and 5 yuan phone top-up experience coupons respectively. After submitting effective evaluations, users can also obtain another experience coupon.
These feedback experience coupons can be used for Qwen's newly launched AI ride-hailing and AI top-up services. For example, with AI phone top-up, users simply say "top up my phone by 200" to complete the transaction. In the future, Qwen will offer more memory and proactive features, such as remembering family phone numbers, automatically topping up when the balance is low, or scheduling monthly top-ups.
Meanwhile, Qwen's AI ride-hailing capability understands users' multi-intent needs and supports personalized expressions. For instance, AI ride-hailing can remember a user's home and work addresses, allowing them to simply say "get me a ride home." When a user says "book a car for me, 10 am tomorrow to the Liangzhu Museum, with 6 people, and pick up someone at Yuniuji on the way," Qwen can accurately identify the booking details, minivan requirement, and additional stop.
