The Meeting Agent is slowly making its way to all Otter.ai users, starting with Zoom. If you're on Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, don't worry—support for those platforms is coming soon.

Next in line is the Otter Sales Agent, which is all about helping sales reps shine during customer interactions. It provides real-time coaching, guiding reps through conversations and even offering tips on handling tricky objections. Otter.ai has plans to roll out similar agents for marketing, recruiting, and other sectors in the future.

Right now, the Sales Agent is available to enterprise sales customers and works with any virtual meeting service.
