Once the meeting kicks off, it can dive into your company's meeting database to answer questions on the fly. But that's not all—it can also take on follow-up tasks like scheduling another meeting or drafting emails, all based on your spoken commands.
The Meeting Agent is slowly making its way to all Otter.ai users, starting with Zoom. If you're on Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, don't worry—support for those platforms is coming soon.
Next in line is the Otter Sales Agent, which is all about helping sales reps shine during customer interactions. It provides real-time coaching, guiding reps through conversations and even offering tips on handling tricky objections. Otter.ai has plans to roll out similar agents for marketing, recruiting, and other sectors in the future.
Right now, the Sales Agent is available to enterprise sales customers and works with any virtual meeting service.
Last but not least, we have the Otter SDR (Sales Development Representative). This agent can run live product demos all by itself. Imagine visitors to your website getting an instant demo without needing to bother an employee. It's pretty cool, right?

You get 300 transcription minutes per month, 30 minutes per conversation, and the ability to import three audio or video files.
If you're looking for more, the Pro plan at $16.99 per user per month (or $8.33 if you pay for the whole year) bumps you up to 1,200 monthly transcription minutes and 90 minutes per conversation. The Business plan, at $30 per user per month (or $20 if you pay annually), offers 6,000 monthly transcription minutes and 4 hours per conversation, plus a free 7-day trial. And for organizations, there's an Enterprise plan tailored to your needs.
