Marjorie Taylor Greene Criticizes AI Chatbot Grok for Alleged Leftist Bias
Last week, Elon Musk’s AI chatbot Grok encountered a glitch, prompting it to discuss the “white genocide” conspiracy theory in South Africa, even when users asked unrelated questions. Shortly after, Grok questioned the Holocaust death toll, attributing the issue to a “coding glitch.”
In a surprising twist, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) labeled Elon Musk’s AI creation Grok as excessively progressive.

She shared a screenshot where Grok noted Greene’s Christian faith and her expressed belief in Jesus, while acknowledging that some Christians criticize her support for conspiracy theories like QAnon.
“Critics, including faith leaders, say her actions clash with Christian principles of compassion and unity, pointing to her defense of January 6 and polarizing language,” Grok stated in the screenshot Greene posted.
X faced additional challenges that day, with prolonged outages possibly linked to fires at its Oregon data center the previous day.
Despite Greene’s history of promoting misinformation, she raised a notable concern: “When people abandon critical thinking, stop pursuing truth, and rely on AI for analysis, they risk losing their way,” she stated on X.
