On March 11, 360 Group released the first "OpenClaw Security Deployment and Practice Guide" in the country, offering a systematic security solution tailored to the rapidly growing open-source AI agent, OpenClaw.
As AI agents increasingly function as "digital avatars," their deep permission-calling mechanisms improve efficiency but also introduce greater security risks. According to 360 security experts, current deployments of agents like OpenClaw face typical threats including exposed management interfaces, credential leaks, underlying Shell privilege escalation, and prompt injection. In particular, prompt injection and plugin supply chain attacks have emerged as high-risk vectors that developers often overlook.
For different application scales, 360 proposed a classification governance strategy that prioritizes control before efficiency.
