Visa has agreed to acquire Israeli AI fraud prevention firm BioCatch for $2.4 billion in cash. BioCatch uses behavioral analytics and device intelligence to detect account theft, fraud, and forced transfers. The deal is pending regulatory approval and expected to close by March 2027.
