Developed by Yalong River Company under China Investment Corporation, it connects meteorological, hydrological, and renewable energy forecasting with power operation decisions. The system integrates satellite, ground, and sensor data, extending forecast periods from 10 to 60 days, with hourly accuracy improved by 5% and prediction speed upgraded from hours to minutes.
