OpenAI launches Scheduled Tasks for ChatGPT, enabling proactive reminders, periodic tasks, and web monitoring. The feature replaces Pulse, available on web and mobile for Plus/Pro/Business/Enterprise users. Tasks can be paused, edited, or deleted; execution is capped at once per hour. Pulse will be disabled after 14 days. This marks ChatGPT’s shift from passive Q&A to an active intelligent agent.
