YooZan's First Internal Test of WeChat AI Ecosystem: Merchants Handle 80% of Business Scenarios via Conversation
On June 10, YZ announced that, as one of the first pilot teams, it has jointly developed and tested the integration with the WeChat AI ecosystem. Through YZ Mini Programs, merchants can easily connect to WeChat AI, delivering intelligent service experiences to consumers across various business scenarios including e-commerce, retail, and local services, enabling smarter operations within the WeChat ecosystem.
At the same time, YZ's AI product "YZ Longxia" has also been integrated with WeChat Clawbot. Merchants can now handle roughly 80% of daily business scenarios directly through WeChat conversations, moving operational tasks from traditional backend clicks to natural language interactions, further lowering the barrier to use.
