Samsung's Luna AI Robot Debuts as Home Assistant
Mauro Porcini, Chief Design Officer of Samsung Electronics, recently unveiled the design concept for an AI robot named "Luna." The device boasts a circular display and a rotating head, drawing comparisons to Samsung's earlier "AI OLED Palette" concept.

While Luna's design is undeniably futuristic, its practical utility has ignited considerable debate. Many consumers argue that its proposed functions are already readily available on smartwatches or smartphones, with some dismissing it as little more than "an expensive decorative piece."
Porcini clarified that the project remains in the conceptual phase but is likely to launch in the foreseeable future. However, numerous observers note that Luna bears a striking resemblance to the now-defunct social robot Jibo, leading to questions about its potential market success.
