Qwen3.8-Flash Agent Officially Launched, Qwen Office Enters the Era of Abundant and Efficient Management
The Qwen Office Platform has officially released the Qwen3.8-Flash large model alongside a new standard mode, allowing all users to access this feature immediately. Leveraging enhanced model capabilities, users can now complete various office tasks with reduced point consumption and improved Token throughput efficiency.
Qwen Office plans to establish a dual-model ecosystem comprising standard and advanced modes. The standard mode will address 95% of everyday office requirements, while the advanced mode will handle the remaining 5% of complex tasks.

Qwen3.8-Flash introduces a novel architecture, delivering robust performance with hundreds of billions of parameters and outperforming Claude Opus4.6 in official benchmarks. Developed in collaboration between the Qwen large model and office teams, this specialized version undergoes targeted training for core Agent scenarios, including multi-step planning, tool calling, and context compression. Integrated reasoning optimization and a custom Harness architecture further boost system throughput.
Real-world tests indicate that Qwen Office’s standard mode has doubled single-task generation speed while reducing average Token consumption by 75%.

The AI industry has long struggled with a trade-off: high performance typically incurs high costs and latency, while cost control often compromises intelligence. Qwen Office addresses this challenge through deep integration between Agents and large models, aiming to resolve the conflict between performance, cost, and speed.
As model intelligence and platform optimization continue to improve, AI Agents are poised to overcome Token resource constraints, entering a new era defined by high cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
