On April 14, Liblib AI issued a formal statement in response to recent media coverage regarding safety concerns with AI-generated content (AIGC). The company expressed its deep concern over the issue and provided updates on the progress of internal investigations and corrective actions. The statement acknowledged that in certain complex prompt combinations and edge cases where phrasing was deliberately circumvented, the platform's output occasionally fell short of expected standards.
Liblib AI has since implemented technical fixes for the identified issues and fully closed off all known risk pathways. To prevent recurrence, the platform has also rolled out a comprehensive upgrade of its content review process, boosting the speed and accuracy of detecting and handling inappropriate content through enhanced penetration testing. Additionally, the company has initiated an internal accountability review to strengthen the content security framework from the management and review process levels.
In the statement, Liblib AI stressed that content security is a fundamental requirement for the platform's growth. Moving forward, the company will pursue higher standards to foster a healthy ecosystem and sincerely invites public oversight via the reporting email ([email protected]). This incident highlights that AI platforms must continuously refine their defenses against complex content attacks, and signals that the domestic AIGC industry is entering a more rigorous era of compliance and self-regulation.
