During Xiaomi's spring product launch on March 19, Lei Jun made another significant move in the smart driving market. He announced that the new Xiaomi SU7 will undergo a full technical foundation upgrade, with the Xiaomi HAD (Hyper Autonomous Driving) system included as a standard feature across all variants.
At the heart of this upgrade is the deeply integrated Xiaomi XLA cognitive large model. Acting as the vehicle's digital brain, this model provides the new Xiaomi SU7 with three groundbreaking capabilities:
Parking lot-level navigation: Addressing common parking difficulties, it offers precise routing and automatic parking from the entrance to a designated spot.
Complex scenario understanding and reasoning: Using the large model's cognitive abilities, the vehicle interprets intricate traffic situations and makes logical predictions, much like a human driver.
Voice control assistance: Enhancing human-vehicle interaction, it enables more nuanced and intelligent adjustments to driving assist features through voice commands.
