Kuaishou Launches Spring Recruitment for 2026 as Demand for AI Talent Soars

Recently, Kuaishou officially launched its 2026 Spring Campus Recruitment, initiating supplementary hiring for 2026 graduates while also opening internship positions for the class of 2027. The most striking aspect of this recruitment is the explosive demand for large model-related roles. Reports indicate that compared to previous years, Kuaishou's hiring targets for large model, algorithm, and engineering talent have tripled. From underlying computing infrastructure to generative AI applications, over 200 types of positions are open, reflecting Kuaishou's ambition to deeply integrate AI technology into its short-video and livestreaming ecosystem.

To attract top technical talent, Kuaishou also introduced its year-round "Fast Star-X" internship program for engineering and algorithm roles. Data shows that 94.2% of Kuaishou's campus hires received a promotion within two years of joining.
