On March 9, 2026, Volcano Engine officially launched ArkClaw, a cloud-based SaaS version of the OpenClaw platform. This ready-to-use solution tackles key challenges in AI Agent deployment, including complicated environment setups, high token usage, and unstable session states. As a system-level execution tool, ArkClaw delivers 24/7 online AI assistant services. This represents a major advancement in shifting production-level Agent tasks from complex development environments to accessible commercial applications.
Technologically, ArkClaw is deeply integrated with the "Volcano Ark" model platform and works seamlessly with leading large language models like the Doubao-Seed-2.0 series, Kimi2.5, MiniMax2.5, and GLM. It shows exceptional logical consistency, especially when handling complex tasks with the Doubao-Seed2.0Pro model.
Functionally, the product is optimized for Feishu office suites, supporting features like schedule booking, multi-dimensional table management, and complex document generation. It is compatible with both LUI and Terminal interaction modes. To meet enterprise data security requirements, ArkClaw includes a built-in Skills security scanner and integrates directly with cloud storage for long-term data persistence, ensuring reliability for business use.
Volcano Engine is currently offering early access to its "Coding Plan" subscribers: Pro plan users can sync their usage directly, while Lite plan users receive a 7-day free trial. Furthermore, the company plans to host offline launch events in seven cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, this Thursday to promote its Agent development ecosystem.
