ByteDance Recruits Top AI Talent for Global Doctoral Programs
TikTok officially launched its campus recruitment program for top technical talent yesterday, opening both full-time and internship opportunities to exceptional candidates worldwide.
The current program focuses on doctoral candidates: full-time roles are for those graduating between September 2026 and August 2027, while internships are for current doctoral students graduating in September 2026 or later. Priority will be given to candidates with strong research or practical achievements, such as authors of leading conference or journal papers, patent holders, international competition winners, and those with experience in major research projects or significant technological contributions.

Open positions span multiple cutting-edge fields, including large language model applications, search/recommendation/advertising systems, computer architecture and system optimization, security and AI safety, hardware, AI-assisted coding, AIGC, video infrastructure, and AI for Science.
Work locations include five cities in China: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Chengdu. International offices are based in Singapore, Sydney, San Jose, Seattle, and San Diego.
