You manage all aspects of your event, including logistics, costs, and promotion. There’s no fee to join the Side Event lineup, but please note these guidelines:

• Events must take place between June 1 and 7.
• Events on June 5 should begin after 5:00 p.m. PT.
• All attendees must be 18+ (or 21+ if alcohol is served).
• Events must be held in or near Berkeley.
