After the "Tong Xiaowu" application was deployed on Leqi AI glasses during the Wuzhen Summit, Ant's GPASS intelligent terminal trusted connection technology framework is broadening its use cases. The city tour guide feature, powered by this technology, has now officially launched in the latest version of the Leqi AI glasses.
When users activate the tour guide mode, they can enjoy a real-time interactive experience—gaining information on the go through the Leqi AI glasses. The system delivers explanations of nearby attractions based on the user's location, and supports instant Q&A, navigation, first-person content recording, and sharing. This reduces manual intervention while enhancing trip continuity and immersion.
As the first official city cultural tourism AI agent to join this service, "Hang Xiaoyi" marks the "Mirror Tour Hangzhou" project entering its operational phase. Jointly created by Hangzhou Cultural Tourism, Alipay, and Leqi, the project aims to explore AI integration with city cultural tourism services. In the future, the city tour guide function will gradually be integrated with more city-specific cultural tourism AI agents.
From a functional experience perspective, this upgrade focuses on three key areas:
First, deeper information access. Beyond conventional navigation and guidance, the system supplements knowledge about buildings, cultural history, and related content based on the user's surroundings, helping them better understand what they see and hear in context.
Second, enhanced multi-functional collaboration. Features like conversation, photography, translation, navigation, payment, and audio playback can be switched and activated via voice. Even while in tour guide mode, users can still access other functions without disrupting the overall experience, making it more seamless.
Third, improved interaction methods. Leveraging comprehensive recognition of voice, images, and location, the system proactively provides prompts and explanations in specific contexts without requiring a wake word to start a conversation, filtering out environmental noise and irrelevant intents. This shifts from passive responses to a more continuous interactive experience.
