Alipay's AI-Powered Payments Surpass 120 Million Transactions, Ushering New Era for Digital Finance
On February 12, reports revealed that Alipay's "AI Pay" surpassed 120 million cumulative transactions within just one week, marking it as the world's first AI-native payment product to cross the 100 million transaction milestone. Designed for the AI era, "AI Pay" offers a secure and convenient payment solution already integrated into multiple AI platforms, including Qwen, Rokid, and Luckin Coffee. Following the launch of the "Spring Festival 3 Billion Free Orders" campaign on the Qwen App, "AI Pay" has seen rapid adoption.
Earlier, Alipay's "Touch and Pay" service reached over 100 million daily transactions in January, extending to more than 2,200 lifestyle scenarios. Both of Ant Group's innovative payment solutions have now exceeded the "100 million" threshold, fueling the rapid growth of the AI industry and new consumer trends.
