Recently, Tongyi Qianwen's associated company, Tongyi Yunqi (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd., completed a business registration change. Its registered capital increased from 100 million RMB to 200 million RMB, representing a 100% growth. Concurrently, Hangzhou Tongyi Lab Technology Co., Ltd. was added as a new shareholder. The company is now jointly held by Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. and this newly added entity.
The company was founded in November 2018, with Yu Wenyuan serving as its legal representative. Its business scope encompasses advertising production, wholesale of computer software, hardware and peripheral equipment, sales of electronic products, and other related operations.
