Tencent SSV launched Public Welfare Buddy, an AI solution for the charity sector based on WorkBuddy. It integrates 11 scenario capsules and 42 capabilities supported by 15 intelligent agents to automate tasks like funding applications, invoice processing, and legal interpretation. Connected with the Tencent Public Welfare Institution Service Platform, it generates reports and analyzes donor data.
