Apple filed a lawsuit accusing OpenAI of stealing confidential info. A communication breakdown occurred: Apple lawyer Gross sent an email to OpenAI's Che Chang, then 13 minutes later sent a second email thanking for a call that never happened, mistakenly intended for a former Apple employee now at OpenAI. OpenAI says the misunderstanding was clarified, but Apple claims no response.
