Baichuan Intelligence unveiled its new medical large model Baichuan-M4 and upcoming AI family doctor Bai Xiaoyi. The model uses a novel algorithm to reduce factual hallucinations to 3.3%, topping three major medical benchmarks and outperforming models like GPT-4. It is being tested with top Chinese hospitals. The WeChat-integrated Bai Xiaoyi service will manage family health records and provide proactive care reminders.
