MemoraX AI, a Shenzhen-based startup founded by former Huawei Noahs Ark Lab director Hao Jianye, has secured tens of millions in seed+ funding led by Lightsource Capital. This follows a $10 million seed round in April, bringing total funding over 100 million RMB. The company focuses on Agentic RL technology to develop intrinsic memory for large AI models, aiming to solve memory loss issues without relying on external retrieval. The funds will accelerate core tech development and commercialization for enterprise knowledge management and personalized consumer AI assistants.
