Tencent Cloud open-sources CubeSandbox, a hardware-isolated execution environment for AI Agents. It features sub-100ms startup, under 60ms cold starts, and reduces single-instance memory footprint to under 5MB. The sandbox supports seamless migration from existing solutions and stable operation of complex Agent loops, having cut resource consumption by 95.8% in internal use.

ByteDance has initiated the spin-off and independent financing of its AI pharmaceutical business. Super Micro Computer shares fell 9% after hours after announcing a $7 billion equity financing plan, including a $5 billion underwritten stock offering and a $2 billion market offering with JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup.
