The Linux Foundation launches the Agentic AI Foundation to prevent incompatible closed systems in AI agent development. Initial tech donations come from key players: Anthropic contributes the Model Context Protocol, OpenAI offers AGENTS.md, and Block provides its Goose agent framework. Other founding members include AWS, Bloomberg, Cloudflare, and Google. The group aims to establish open standards for interoperability, safety, and best practices for AI agents to ensure a collaborative ecosystem.

Smart ring maker Oura plans a $2.2 billion IPO with shares priced at $40-$44. Most proceeds will go to existing shareholders, including Forerunner Ventures selling its entire stake for ~$1.2 billion.
