Microsoft's fiscal Q4 2026 results show its Anthropic investment generated $3.2 billion revenue, while OpenAI investment incurred a $600 million impairment. Anthropic's quarterly revenue nears OpenAI's annual revenue. Microsoft invested $5 billion in Anthropic in Nov 2025, which also committed to $30 billion in Azure purchases. Microsoft holds 27% of OpenAI. Full-year OpenAI investment still yielded $5 billion. Microsoft Q4 revenue $90 billion, net income $35.8 billion; full-year revenue $331.8 billion, net income $133.7 billion.
