German AI startup Black Forest Labs launched Flux3, a multimodal foundation model with Self-Flow architecture for unified understanding and generation of physical and digital environments. It outperforms Luma and Runway, supports native audio and 20-second synchronized video. A video action model Flux-mimic is being tested in an Audi factory.
