Mingshi Intelligence has open-sourced StaffDeck, a platform for building and managing digital employees. Unlike chatbots, it transforms organizational knowledge, SOPs, and decision rules into persistent digital workers. Developed with Tsinghua, Northeastern University, OpenBMB and others, StaffDeck focuses on accumulating tacit knowledge rather than just conversational interaction.
