China launched its first integrated smart operation model for water wind and photovoltaic resources in the Yalong River Basin developed by Guotou Groups Yangtze River Company. The system integrates meteorological hydrological wind and solar predictions with power decisions using satellite ground station and sensor data. Forecast range extends from 10 to 60 days with first 10 day hourly accuracy improved by 5% and response time cut from hours to minutes boosting clean energy management efficiency.
