Google launched AI Edge Gallery on macOS, letting Mac users run Gemma models offline for faster response and data privacy. It includes the multimodal Gemma-4-12B-it (works on 16GB Mac) for text, image, audio, and code. A companion app, Google AI Edge Eloquent, offers offline voice transcription with custom vocabularies and local processing.
