Alibaba’s DAMO Academy launched the Xuantie C950 CPU, setting a new global RISC-V performance record with over 70 SPECint2006 single-core score. It is the first CPU to natively support trillion-parameter large models like Qwen3-235B. RISC-V shipments are projected to hit 3.6 billion units by 2031, with Xuantie already used in over 200 mass-produced chips.
